Air Greenland is looking for an experienced and motivated Cabin Supervisor to join our operations team in Greenland.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a key leadership role where you will help shape a high-performing cabin crew culture built on professionalism, teamwork, and safety.
About the role
As Cabin Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality cabin operations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and JOM/POM, contributing to daily operations, team development, and continuous improvement.
This is a role combining operational flying duties with leadership responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
Leadership & People Development
- Act as a visible, approachable, and inspiring leader for Cabin Crew Members
- Foster a positive, safe, and high-performing work environment
- Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention
- Contribute to the development of service standards and working procedures
- Participate in training planning and competency development
Operations & Standards
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant cabin operations
- Monitor and uphold operational and regulatory standards (EASA Air Ops)
- Report deviations related to operations, behaviour, and absence
- Promote strong safety culture and CRM principles
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of cabin crew
- Carry out tasks delegated by JOM/POM
- Maintain oversight of certifications, medicals, checks, and training compliance
Your profile
You are a confident and empathetic leader with the ability to motivate and guide teams in a dynamic operational environment.
- Clear and confident leadership style with strong decision-making skills
- Structured, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and proactively support management
- Strong focus on service excellence and customer experience
- Excellent communication skills (English + Danish and/or Greenlandic)
- Able to maintain calm and overview in high-paced situations
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of EASA Air Operations (cabine-related regulations)
- Experience within cabin operations and airline environment
- Understanding of aviation industry and operational requirements
- Experience with safety management systems and safety culture
- Strong CRM competencies (communication, teamwork, decision-making)
Experience requirements
- Minimum 3 years as Senior Cabin Crew Member
or equivalent documented leadership experience - Valid or previous Cabin Crew certification on relevant aircraft type (or equivalent)
